During this one-day course, you’ll be introduced to the wonderful, ancient method of healing that is Usui Reiki. Reiki has been around for centuries and is one of the oldest known methods of healing. Level 1 is the first step towards becoming a healer and qualifies you to self-heal and become attuned the the Universal energy of Reiki.

You must complete Level 1 before you are able to move on to Practitioner or Master Levels of Usui Reiki and you are encouraged to self-heal for at least 21 days following this course in order to be prepared for the next stage. This workshop can be taught in-person or online.

You will be provided with a full course manual and by the end of the course you will feel confident enough to self-heal using Reiki energy. Full support is provided during and after all workshops.
