Cancellation for Healing Appointments

I am so grateful you chose me for your healing appointment and I can’t wait to share some beautiful healing with you. I hope you won’t need to cancel, but if you do, here is everything you need to know:

  • Payment must be made at the time of booking, this acts as a booking fee.
  • If your appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment start time you will receive a refund.
  • If your appointment is not cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment start time your booking fee is non-refundable.
  • Emergencies will of course be taken into consideration and appointments may be transferable in some circumstances.

I’m sorry to have to do this, but I am a small business owner who relies on this as income to survive. I am so grateful for your support, thank you all.

Cancellation for In-Person Training:

I am so happy to be working with you and hope you won’t feel the need to cancel, however if you do, here is everything you need to know:

  • Course booking fees are non-refundable.
  • A 50% non-refundable/transferable booking fee will be required at the time of booking all courses unless otherwise stated. Your booking fee goes towards course booking and administration.
  • Students cancelling courses 7 days or less before the course start time will be required to pay the full cost of the course.
  • Emergencies will of course be taken into consideration and where appropriate the booking fee can be transferred to another course, however please note that this may not always be possible.
  • If no notice of cancellation is provided 100% of the course fee will be due.
  • Payments will be requested via the details provided. I’m afraid I’ll be unable to book you onto another course date until the cancellation fees are paid.

Cancellation for Online Training:

  • Courses purchased online are non-refundable in most circumstances.
  • You may be entitled to a refund if you have not downloaded or accessed the course.
  • Before any refund can be issued you are required to provide proof of purchase and/or issue to: chelseysturgeonholistictherapy@gmail.com
